- Analyze and moderate user-generated content: text, images, videos, audio
- Classify, escalate, or remove content per client’s Trust & Safety guidelines
- Stay updated with constantly evolving platform policies
- Participate in training and continuous development programs
- Handle sensitive or complex social media content and escalate critical issues
- Maintain quality and compliance while ensuring platform safety
💡 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream (UG mandatory)
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Emotionally resilient and stress-tolerant
- Ability to handle sensitive content (graphic, violent, or offensive)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, night shifts, and working on weekends
- Interest in social media, online communities, digital culture
