Job Role or Description
- – Evaluate /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.
- – Financial statements of the customer with respect to cash flow, key financial ratios, end use of proposed loan and banking habits
- – Personal discussion with the customer to analyze the cash flow.
- – Monitor credit decisioning by the team
- – Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for risk management
- – Conduct process audits
- – Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
- – Implement system integration plans.
- – Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets.
