Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, web searches, research tools, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
- Shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for multiple business units.
- Conduct cold calling and proactive candidate sourcing.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely hiring.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities for campus recruitment.
- Design and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
- Manage recruitment vendors and evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
- Represent XL Dynamics as a professional employer brand during candidate interactions.
