Sutherland is looking for motivated collection professionals who can manage customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payments. 📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Review open accounts from the daily ageing report

Make outbound/inbound collection calls professionally

Follow up on customer payments as per due dates

Maintain timely account reconciliations and adjustments
-
Escalate non-payment or unresponsive accounts
-
Handle customer service tasks like statements, refunds, adjustments
-
Resolve billing issues and communicate with customers
-
Assist with clearing unapplied credits and short payments
-
Send Dunning letters for overdue payments
-
Coordinate with Sales/Operations for account issues
-
Update daily/weekly trackers and perform quality checks
-
Ensure compliance with SOPs and control guidelines
-
Act as liaison between internal teams and customers

Participate in training and development programs
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers to 5 years

International Voice Process experience (preferred)

Collections background (added advantage)
