Job Description/Skills Required
Is responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require good knowledge of unit functions and systems.
- Assign all Credit Margin and Priority Credit Line tasks accurately and on a timely basis
- Process all Credit Margin, collateral and Priority Credit Line tasks independently
- To be able to perform basic tasks like reviewing account activity, reviewing reports, and meeting established deadlines
- Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions
- To be able to process all Margin Agreements, Executing Preferred Interest Rates, Facilitate Employee Stock Option Plan Transactions, Account Restriction Management, Monitoring Day Trade Activity and Bulk Asset Movements
- To be able to follow-up assertively with various external parties.
- Interaction with market participants like custodian, clearing house, brokers, Investment Managers to gather process/product related information
