Job Description/Skills Required
Required Technical Skill Set-
5 – 6 years strong knowledge and experience on Service Management (IM, PM, CM)
- Experience on implementing ITSM 4.0 processes
- “Incident Management” includes the activities associated with restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimizing the adverse impact on business operations of the customer, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability is maintained
- Develop, document and maintain Configuration Management Services procedures that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies
- Monitoring of performance and throughput of IT Services and supporting IT components
- Service Level Monitoring and Reporting Services
- Develop, document and maintain Service Level Monitoring and Reporting Services procedures that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies
- Report on SLR performance and improvement results periodically as determined by customer.
- Implement SLR improvement plans
