Job Description/Skills Required
Must-Have
- ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
- Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
- Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
- Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
- Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
- Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
- Have strong project, product management, and business management experience. Should have liaised with stakeholders at onsite team
Good-to-Have
- Experience with large scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management
- ITIL v3 certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
