Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage commercial real estate projects focusing on multifamily, senior housing, healthcare facilities, and more.
🔹 Calculate financial ratios like DSCR, LTV, ROI, NOI, and Cap Rates.
🔹 Expertise in loan documentation, including asset summary reports, loan agreements, property appraisal reports, and rent rolls.
🔹 Analyze borrower or guarantor financial statements with proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
