Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with customer for Line Feeding Operations in respective area.
• Timely Material Feeding at Line Ensuring Manpower Allocation as per production plan Ensuring No Loss, No Overfeeding of material and No Obsolute Materials balance on line Shortage report communication to buyer and Production team.
• Maintain & update store layout, Maintain store PFEP.(Plan for each part) Reconciliation (receipt reco) of major commodity like tyre.
• Ensure storage of material in store as per FIFO.
• Maintain zero damages, flow of material, identification label of material.
• Conduct 5S audits in every area, flash reports, closure of open points.
• Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) Monitor adherence of safety standards in your area/department.
• 5 ‘s Score improvement as per target of 80%.
• Conduct training awareness sessions for on 5’s and Safety for FTC and BA employees Ensuring Conservation of natural resources
• Ensure Compliance on applicable legal and other requirements related to EHS • Ensure to implement new processes and Policies circulated from HO
