Job Role or Description

• Good Knowledge of Accounts Receivables (Invoicing, Cash Application, Statement, Collections Support)
• Accomplish assigned tasks on time to meet SLAs
• Ensure clarifications are reviewed and controlled
• Conduct trainings to new team members
• Understand the accounting / business impact of the tasks performed
• Identify risks in process, and adhere to key accounting controls, operational controls
• Identify and implement improvements in process
• Active participation in special projects
• Attend/Drive conference calls as needed
• Engage effectively with the stake holders
• Prepare DTPs for new activities
• Regular DTP reviews to keep it up-to-date
