Roles and Responsibilities
- Seamless execution and delivery of service levels
- Conduct effective process reviews with client and internal stakeholders
- Gain complete understanding of the process within a short period of time
- Completely responsible for the production of the reports
- Perform consolidations in Magnitude if necessary
- Identify, drive and execute quality improvements
- Adhere to internal controls and suggest any improvements
Skills
- Proficient in managing client relationship
- Excellent in team / interpersonal skills
- Excellent in Accounting concepts and Reporting functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of MS office applications is preferred
- Experience of working in accounting platforms preferred
