Job Description/Skills Required
- Handling customer calls pertaining to Insurance queries on Claims, Underwriting, Recoveries and Collections.
- Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
- Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 yr BPO / Non BPO Exp.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment
- Any graduate
- Fresher’s can also apply
