Role & responsibilities
Handling customer calls pertaining to Insurance queries on Claims, Underwriting, Recoveries and Collections.
Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 yr BPO / Non BPO Exp.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment
Any graduate
