Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries / resolving customer issues via chat.
- Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience in customer service – chat would be an added advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Comfortable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
