- Respond via chat, voice, and email support
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in international BPOs / call centers
- Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice
