- Lead Associate, Deputy Manager
- 4 to 12 Years of relevant experience in Collection
- Strong Domain knowledge in B2B Collections
- Perform all duties of Collector role
- Effective at communicating with Clients
- Reconcile Complicated account issues, which may require scheduled calls with the customer, sales, and CEC
- Immediate to 60 days Notice Period
- Excellent in Communication
- B.Com Graduate
- Work Location – WNS, Brookfield, Bengaluru
- US Shift & WFO
