Special Skills : OTC, Cash Apps, Reconciliation Skills, Accounting Skills, Good Communication skills, Hands-on experience Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Access Job Description
- Manage & solve customer disputes (ensure proper communication with customers or clients).
- Support the Cash Application team in the account reconciliation process (address cash application issues and follow-up with customers on missing documentation & remittances),
- Candidate should have good communication skill,
- Should be good at customer services
- Should have a typing speed of minimum 30 WPM,
- Should be flexible with 24/7 working hours
- Collections, Perform Dunning procedures and claim balances as per due dates
- Payment Posting and Clearing, Timely incidence resolutions, Unidentified cash report, Ensure correct application of receipts,
- Process remittance advices received from the customer by allocating payment receipts to the relevant Invoices/transactions,
- Manage Refunds,
- Clearings- Match debits/credits within AR ledger
- Complete understanding on the KPIs
- Understanding of Reconciliation concept and commission processing
