ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Process Analyst will work with business owners, managers and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.
- Analyst will be working on emails and chats to provide the support
- Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform
- Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
- Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
- Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours
Qualifications
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Only graduate freshers are preferred except B.tech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Should be able to comprehend well)

- Service Agreement for 18 months
