Experience (Origination/Pre UW
- Processor – 0 to 3 years
- Senior Processor-3 to 6 years
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
- Work from Office
- Night shift
- Work location Chennai Sholinganallur
- Transportation: 1 way Cab
- Week off: 2 days rotational off
- Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 15 Days
- Vaccination 2 Dose & Graduation is mandatory with Provisional and Degree certificate is must.
