Wipro is looking for talented professionals experienced in Residential Underwriting to join their fast-paced operations team. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in reviewing financial documents, guidelines, and risk factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guideline Interpretation: Review and interpret client-specific underwriting guidelines to determine loan eligibility.
- Ratio Calculations: Compute DTI (Debt-to-Income), LTV (Loan-to-Value), and housing expense ratios.
- Income Analysis: Analyze income sources – salaried, self-employed, rental, and others.
- Asset Validation: Verify multiple asset types including 401(k), bank statements, and mutual funds.
- Property Valuation: Review appraisals and assess property value using valuation tools.
- Credit Evaluation: Evaluate credit reports, analyze scores, liens, and payment histories.
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Associate: 1–3 years of underwriting experience
- Senior Underwriter: 4–8 years of underwriting experience
- Strong understanding of residential loan processes
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Night Shift)
- Location: Chennai
- Transportation: One-way cab facility
- Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
