Provide IT support to end-users via calls, emails, chat, or walk-ins

Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, systems, or networks

Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team

Log all interactions in the incident management tool

Ensure high-quality customer service

Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts
