Experience (Origination/Pre UW):
- Processor – 0 to 3 years
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
Senior Processor-4 to 7 Years
US mortgage – Loan origination experience only
Qualification-B.E/B.Tech, Pharma, LLB, PG are not eligible for this requirement
- Work from Office

- Transportation: 1 way Cab
- Week off: 2 days rotational off
- Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 15 Days
