- Provide customer support via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Handle international customer queries with professionalism.
- Maintain accuracy in processing communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Use strong English typing skills (40 WPM required) to handle queries effectively.
👤 Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC pass candidates are welcome.
- Only non-technical graduates are eligible.
- Good communication skills in English required.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational environment).
- Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible.
- Must be residing within 25 km of Airoli.
