📝 Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers (UK/US)

Provide prompt and accurate responses ensuring customer satisfaction

Adhere to productivity metrics like handle time, first call resolution, etc.

Document queries/issues and follow-up if needed

Maintain service levels as per SLAs

Support quality initiatives and continuous process improvements
✅ Eligibility Criteria
-
Graduates from: B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (excluding IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco. Hons.)

Experience: 0–36 months (Freshers & experienced both can apply)

MBA, BE/B.Tech Graduates: Only if they have minimum 6 months international BPO experience

B.Tech/MBA Freshers are NOT eligible

Strong communication skills in English

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

Basic proficiency in MS Office & computer systems
