• Handle back-office / non-voice operations.

• Work on Excel & computer-based tasks.

• Support internal processes and ensure accuracy in deliverables.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer operations.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Ability to work from office (Hyderabad location).
