✅ Handle customer service queries via calls for UK clients
✅ Follow standard processes and escalate complex issues
✅ Analyze, record, and resolve service-related concerns
✅ Ensure timely reporting and compliance
✅ Participate in quality control, project coordination, and audit readiness
✅ Maintain service delivery and customer satisfaction standards
🧑💼 Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience (International Voice preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication, neutral accent
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)
- Strong analytical and customer-handling skills
- Understanding of insurance or UK savings domain is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication are welcome
- BE/B.Tech or MBA with 6+ months of experience can apply
