📝 Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and audit Benefits/HR transactions
-
Work in compliance with data security standards and client-specific guidelines
-
Complete rule-based data entry tasks and perform simple calculations
-
Maintain high standards in inventory and task management
-
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and managers for continuous improvements
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Excludes: B.Tech, B.E, LLB, B.Ed, B.Sc IT, MCA, Regular MBA) -
Typing Skills: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office applications
-
Experience: 0–4 years in back-office or similar roles

Candidates with prior BPO/KPO/back-office experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts and immediate joining
