Key Responsibilities:
- Assist end users with application, system, and network issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins.
- Log all incidents accurately in the management tool.
- Provide support for Outlook, MS Office Suite, O365, VPN, Zoom, Jabber, and other applications.
- Troubleshoot networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Handle Active Directory, MFA, and printer mapping issues.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and adhere to SLAs.
- Escalate urgent tickets and follow up until closure.
- Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts and week-offs.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Any Graduate (0–1 year of IT/Service Desk experience).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and terminologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Awareness of Windows, Mac OS, VDI environments.
- Customer-centric approach and willingness to work in shifts.
