💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Support US HR operations, data handling, compliance reporting
- Generate control reports and statutory reports as per country regulations
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Handle escalations and ensure process quality standards
- Analyze and resolve client issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver on time-bound reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc)
✅ Preferred Skills & Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of HR operations or systems preferred
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality required
🎓 Education Criteria:
- Eligibility: Any Graduate – BA, B.Com, B.Sc (Non-Tech), MA, M.Com, Part-time MBA, PGDM
- Must carry all 6 semester mark sheets (original hard copies mandatory)
