🧾 Job Description – RTR / GL Executive (SAP Mandatory)

You will be part of Wipro’s Finance & Accounting department, responsible for managing end-to-end General Ledger (GL) and Record to Report (RTR) functions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and posting of Journal Entries (Standard & Adhoc)

• Managing accruals, allocations, GL adjustments

• Month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis

• Perform Bank Reconciliations

• Prepare accounting entries for new acquisitions

• Collaborate with business teams and explain financial variances

• Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting schedules

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting using SAP, Blackline, HFM

🌟 Required Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge of RTR, GL, Fixed Assets

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, SAP (mandatory), Blackline

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Problem-solving attitude with high attention to detail

• Capable of working in UK shift timings

• Strong understanding of financial process flows and reporting

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience for AA Role

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience for B1 Role

• Must be from General Ledger (GL) or Record to Report domain

• Comfortable with 5 days work from office

• Ready to work in UK shifts

• Mandatory: SAP experience + Voter ID/Passport

• UG: B.Com in Commerce
