Handle incoming HR-related help requests via email/telephone in a professional manner.

Document and maintain accurate end-user details and interaction history.

Identify & learn product/process details for better query handling.

Record, track, and document all queries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Ensure resolution of client queries as per SLA standards.

Maintain logs and reports as per company procedures.

Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BMS, MA, M.Com, PGDM, Part-time MBA).

Not Eligible: Full-time MBA & B.Tech Freshers.

Age Limit: 22 – 27 Years.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years’ experience can apply.
