🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice back-office operations for US HR processes.
- Manage and respond to client queries via email or system tickets.
- Maintain and update logs, data records, and HR documentation.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- UG: B.A, B.Com, B.Sc (Non-technical)
- PG: M.A, M.Com, PGDM (Part-Time MBA also eligible)
- ❌ Full-time B.Tech and MBA freshers are NOT eligible
- Age Limit: 22 to 27 years
- Typing & Data Skills: Basic knowledge of data handling, documentation, and MS Excel
- Joining: Immediate or within 10–15 days
