💼 Job Role: Requirements Associate – US HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office and data operations
- Generate and manage reports (scheduled/ad-hoc)
- Ensure compliance with internal HR systems
- Support audit processes (internal/external)
- Escalation handling and resolution
- Define and improve HR service delivery standards
