- Should be a graduate : Minimum qualification. Freshers and experienced both can apply. Should be fluent in English. Should be comfortable with night shifts (core). Should be comfortable with WFO. Should possess good knowledge in solving computer related queries. Working Days – 5. Week Offs – 2 (rotational).
