Job description
Wipro is hiring for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/RTR Accounting.
AP(P2P)/Accounting(R2R)- Chennai
AR/O2C- Pune
Experience– 1-12years
Notice Period-Â 0-15 days
Educational Qualification– B.Com/BBA(Finance)/M.Com/MBA in Finance
Shift– From 8pm onwards(US Shift),5 days WFO, 2 Rotational Week Offs
Role and Skills Description :
- Review and Approve rebate transactions, chargebacks, store billings (AR/AP edits), and manual check requests
- Review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations, including monitoring of balances and accrual balances for appropriateness.
- Responsible for researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems and discrepancies.
- Review manual journal entries associated with promotions, accruals, recognition of unearned funding, deferrals, prepaid funding, system errors, etc.
- Review and approve staffs manual journal entries
- Review and approve rebate schedules for accruals, SOX requirements.
- .Prepare/Review corporate accounting analysis schedules.
- Review various reports and schedules to assist FP&A in forecasting and planning
- Ability to handle Customer Queries
- Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
- Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
- Detailed knowledge in GL with good understanding of Vendor Fund Accounting
- Support/Provide inputs for internal or external audits.
- Spreadsheets skills to manipulate large quantities of data.
- Knowledge of Pivot table and V Lookup functions.
- Accounting software skills (ERP, Oracle, Kofax, Tally, Lawson, Blackline, MS Dynamics, Retalix, SAP etc)
