Job Role: Content Moderator (Non-Voice Process)

🔹 Industry: BPM / BPO
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🔹 Salary: ₹2.25 – ₹3.5 LPA
🔹 Work Mode: Work from Office
🔹 Shifts: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
🔹 Work Days: 5 Days a week (2 rotational week offs)

Responsibilities:

✅ Monitor and review online content for policy compliance
✅ Detect and filter inappropriate or harmful content
✅ Ensure adherence to content guidelines and regulations
✅ Apply strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to assess content
✅ Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy
✅ Handle sensitive and explicit content with maturity and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Education: Graduation (Must have PC & CMM documents)
💼 Experience: 1-4 years in Content Moderation or related fields
📌 Skills Required:
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
✔ Strong time management, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
✔ Emotionally strong to handle sensitive content professionally
✔ Experience with social media platforms and online content management
✔ Familiarity with policies & procedures of content review processes

🚫 Not Eligible:
❌ Candidates pursuing Graduation or Post-Graduation
❌ Freshers (Minimum 1 year experience required)
❌ Candidates without valid experience documents
