Job Profile – Fund Accounting
Domain Knowledge – Private Equity / Hedge Fund (Preferred)
Shifts – UK Shifts (12 Noon – 09:30 PM & 02:00 – 11:30 PM)
Job Description :
1. To work on Private Equity Fund Operations such as Fund / Financial Accounting -Book Keeping, Journal Posting, Preparation of Financial Statements.
2. Should have experience in preparing Financial Statements, Calculating Management fee, Performance fee & NAV. Working on Waterfall Distribution etc.
3. Management Fee Carried Interest and Expense Calculation & Posting. Capital Calls
4. Preparation of Capital Call memos, LC Opening, Follow Up with LPs for funding Distribution
5. Preparation of Distribution working, LP Memo Preparation, Fund Transfer Wire preparation, Repayment of LCs
6. Reconciliation – Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, Cash reporting. Tracking of Capital Transactions., Valuation – Valuation of Portfolio Investments.
6. To prepare and submit Fund and Investor Reports accurately as per SLA
