Job Description/Skills Required
- Good written and very good verbal communication skills
- Skilling on all voice and back office queues as per requirement.
- Minimum typing speed of 24 WPM and 90% accuracy
- Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office
- Should have good customer service skills
- Basic understanding of business structure, including key processes, services, business goals & role of main functions
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
