Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients.
- Skilling on all voice and back-office queues as per requirement.
- Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office.
- Should have good customer service skills
- Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment.
- Update knowledge of process on regular basis.
Must have
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Should not be a full-time student and also should have cleared his last appeared exam.
Good to have:
- Fresher can apply
- Experience in call center for 1-2 years will be an advantage.
Don’ts
- Issues with comprehending & communicating effectively with the customer.
- NOT ELIGIBLE: – Regular students.
Important notes: –-5 days working and any 2-week offs.- Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.- Should be within Transport Boundary.- Job location: Hinjewadi Phase 2 – Pune, Maharashtra.
