🎯 Who Can Apply?

📋 Job Description – Voice Process (Inbound)
- Handle customer service calls for global clients
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Deliver first call resolution (FCR) and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet SLAs: handle time, quality, effort, and service level
- Resolve queries and issues with documentation and follow-ups
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Work across calls, chats, and emails as required
🎓 Eligibility Criteria – Education
- Accepted: B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc (except B.Sc IT, Stats, Math Hons, Eco Hons)
- Not accepted without experience: MBA (Full-Time), BE, B.Tech (minimum 6 months BPO experience required)
