Job Description/Skills Required
- PURPOSE: Responsible for applying cash, Reporting, Compliances, MIS for
- Cash Application process, meeting KPIs for US & CANADA regions
- KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cash applications – Check, Wire, EDI, Credit Cards etc
- Monthly closing and reporting of cash receipts
- Maintaining variance analysis
- Check, Wire, EDI, Credit Card cash receipts processing and further
- handling
- Preparing month end reports
- AML & Drafting basic process understanding
- Handling and managing daily exceptions
- Supporting Cash GL closing timelines
- Managing the expectations of Credit team and handling their queries
- Managing cash receipt interface and ensuring completeness of
- interface reports
- Ensuring completeness of SOPs and exception trackers
- Ensuring compliance
- FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
- Good Accounting knowledge
- SAP Working Knowledge – FI & SD
- Excel Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Email

- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS – B-COM
