Process and deliver non-voice multiple processes / tasks for US based Consumer Services functions such as Claims & Product Exchange & Third Party Billing (TPB). .
Your responsibilities will include

- Can be cross skilled on various other queues apart from Claims when required.
- Manage quality and turn around time for the claims being allocated.
