Job Role or Description
- 1. In-time and accurate closure of books of account for Whirlpool Asia LLP entity for reporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial results 2. Preparation and reviews of P&L statements and Balance Sheet for LLP 3. Leading and driving HK & (WOHK) related AP, AR and Banking Activities, Book Closure, BSRs, Stakeholder Management, issues resolution, Audits and CI initiatives 4. Ensuring financial accounting of the entities in line with Whirlpool accounting policies and delivering effective legal entity governance 5. Ensuring the timely compliance of all Statutory deliverables which include (and not limited to): Quarterly Advance Tax computation and payments; Quarterly TDS returns filing, Assistance in filing GST returns and refunds, MCA filing, ITRs etc. 6. Ensuring compliance to Internal and SOX Controls; Leading the Statutory Audit towards its timely & effective closure; Closure of Tax and TP Audits 7. Assistance in drafting and signing off of all LLP agreements (Intercompany & Third Party) 8. Ensuring compliance towards timely and accurate Vendor payments 9. Preparation and review of Vertical P&Ls towards TP Margins Study 10. Managing team; ensuring proper work allocation, efficient delivery, keeping team focused and motivated 11. Drive automation projects to bring efficiency and productivity
