Role & responsibilities
Need to validate/upload documents and other details of potential business partners before they aligned with our customers.
1.Willingness to work in night shift
2.Willingness to work on Public holidays & rotational weekly offs
3. Must have decent verbal & written English speaking skills. Must be able to read SOP’s written by US/EMEA/APAC/LATAM counterparts. Must be able to understand English and communicate effectively.
4. We are looking for quick learners ( gauge that with their marks, situational questions etc)
5. Non Voice process and hence typing skills is a must !! (typing speed must have systems at home)
6. Monotonous work/ long hours in front of the computer. Should be able to work in this environment
7. Must possess Broadband connection and power backup is must during WFH setup to avoid
