Job Role or Description
- The candidate would be responsible for handling customer queries related to sales
- Should have experience in cross selling & upselling of the product In voice process
- Experience in Technical voice ( Broad Band/Trouble shooting of routers and switches knowledge and experience will be preferred )
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year exp. in international technical and Non Technical voice process with cross selling and upselling of the product experience will be preferred
- Broadband/Routers/Trouble Shooting knowledge required.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shift timings
- Comfortable with Night Shift
- Graduates preferred for this role
