Job Role or Description
- The candidate would be a part of technical voice process.
- They would be required to perform tasks to mitigate areas of customer dissatisfaction, process failure and advisor failure by conducting a full investigation.
Required Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year exp. in International Technical Voice Process
- Should have basic knowledge of Routers,Broadband,Trouble shooting the router
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shift timings
- Comfortable with Night Shift
- Education: 12th+
