Job Role or Description
- The candidate would be responsible for handling customer queries on chat OR Voice
- They would be required to perform tasks to mitigate areas of customer dissatisfaction, process failure and advisor failure by conducting a full investigation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year exp. in international technical voice process/Chat process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shift timings
- Comfortable with Night Shift
- Graduates preferred for this role
