Responsibilities
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation needs
Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). UiPath is must
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process workflows, solution design, and user manuals
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business rules
Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary updates and enhancements
Identify potential areas for process improvement and propose automation solutions to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven work experience as an RPA Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing RPA solutions using UiPath
Experience in creating attended and un-attended robots
Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or VB.NET, as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Solid understanding of data handling, data manipulation, and database concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) are a plus
