Job Description/Skills Required
SAP Central Finance Consultant
Required skills, qualifications, and experience
- Post Graduate Degree in Finance (CA, ICWA, MBA Finance)
- A minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO & delivering SAP Finance programs as Solution Consultant & SME
- Significant diverse industry and process knowledge in Finance and related modules of SAP.
- Expertise of SAP Finance solutions and business transformations led by Finance.
- Expertise in understating & mapping business requirements to optimal technical solutions in SAP
- Have Experience in at least 1 Full life cycle of S/4 HANA implementation preferably Central Finance
- Have experience in developing SAP roadmaps & deployment strategies towards implementation of Central Finance combining over multiple SAP & Non-SAP operations systems
- Have experience in Central Finance feasibility assessment for large Organizations
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /global environment and to solve complex business and process problems.
- Certification in 1 or more SAP S/4HANA Financial modules (latest release) is preferable.
Job Description: SAP Central Finance
The SAP Central Finance Lead shall be responsible for following activities:
- Own and manage SAP Central Finance Implementation independently
- Can manage Central Finance and S/4 HANA feasibility assessment for various clients across geographies
- Lead HCLs Central Finance Capability
- Can Manage S/4 HANA Finance implementation independently
- Drive solution discussion with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Participate in new business opportunities, as when required.
- Support & Collaborate with Sales, Solutions teams for GTM Finance Initiatives and Offerings
- Conceptualise new ideas and solutions that can translate into new business opportunities
