In this role, you will:
Manage a diverse change portfolio & complex techno functional groups regarding reports automation, reports elimination, transformation of processes etc.
Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance change strategy based on finance transformation book of work
Develop strategies and make recommendations for Reports streamlining, elimination and mergers
Recommend opportunities to Finance LT on portfolio performance, key metrics & data validation
Maintain effective and efficient reporting and dashboard structure
Lead implementation of complex change projects impacting one or more lines of business along with the business SMEs
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Design KPIs and targets and ensure accomplishment of the same
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
8+ years of FInance Ops and Change Leadership experience
